Larry L. Schaley age 68 of Clinton, died Tuesday July 16, 2013 at Mercy North Medical Center. Cremation rites will be accorded. Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM Friday at the Pape Funeral Home. A gathering of friends and family will be held Friday 10:00 AM until the service hour at the funeral home. Larry was born on December 8, 1944 in Clinton, IA, the son of Charles and Dorothy (Hogabaum) Schaley. He graduated from Camanche High School in 1963. He was raised by his stepfather, Maynard Wills. He was a cement contractor for many years. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion in Thomson, IL.

Larry is survived by his brother, Barry (Julia) Schaley of Morrison, IL; a step-brother, Leo (Irma) Wills of Clinton, IA; and several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters.
