Marlane R. “Marly” Brewster Krumviede, age 54 of Green Island passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at her home. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at the Pape Funeral Home, Clinton. Following the visitation cremation rites will be accorded.

Marly was born in Clinton on December 9, 1959, the daughter of Lane and Connie (Lindstrom) Brewster. She married Wade Fallesen on November 6, 1979 in Clinton. She later married Ron Krumviede on February 28, 2003 in Green Island. Marly was a homemaker. She loved life, and was a people person. She enjoyed cooking and cleaning. Her grandmother was born to the Oglala Sioux Indian tribe and Marly was an avid collector of Indian artifacts, dolls and dream catchers.

Marly is survived by her husband Ron; two daughters, Swade (Richard) Byam and Connie Fallesen both of Miles; five grandchildren, Raymond, Tristin and Rhiannon Byam and Patience and Karly Fallesen; two brothers, Lane (Peggy McGinnis) Brewster of Fulton and Raymond Cruz of Sterling and two sisters, Theresa Brewster of Prophetstown and Martha Cruz of Thomson.
