Mrs. Edna E. Depue, 89, formerly of 317 9th Ave. S., died Thursday morning at the Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Wheatland, where she had lived the last seven years.
The funeral will be at 1:30p.m. Saturday at Snell-Zornig funeral Home. The Rev. George Shiels of First United Methodist Church will officiate and burial will be in Springdale Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 3p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be James Spangler, Rudolph Hereid, Dave Schroeder, David Kratz, Merle Depue and Gene Ugarph.
Mrs. Depue was born Nov. 12, 1887 in Leavenworth, Kan., the daughter of George and Carrie Van Sant Brown. She married Chauncey A. Depue Dec. 31, 1912, in Clinton. He died in 1964.
Mrs. Depue was a member of First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Paul (Lulu) Spangler, Clinton, Mrs. Robert (Ruth) Kratz, Camanche, Mrs. Raymond (Verna) Larsen, Long Beach, Calif.; seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, three sisters and one brother.
