Howard E. Heneke, 63, of rural Delmar, died Tuesday in Jackson County Public Hospital.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday in Carson Funeral Home, Maquoketa.
Visitation will be from 2 to 5 and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Delmar.
Mr. Heneke was born Aug. 12, 1926, in Jackson County, to Herman and Clara Luett Heneke. He married Joan Hensen, Nov. 16, 1952, in Davenport. He was a farmer.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Roger, of Des Moines; a daughter, Rhonda Heneke of Lincoln, Neb.; four grandchildren; a brother, Harlan Heneke of Delmar and a sister, Mrs. Sheldon (Elaine) Rittmer of DeWitt.
He was preceded in death by a sister.
