Matilda Cousins, 85, of Route 1, DeWitt, died Saturday in DeWitt Community Hospital.
The funeral was 1 p.m. today in Schultz-McGinnis Funeral Home, DeWitt, with the Rev. Fred Pierce officiating. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Wesley, Alfred and Edward Witt, Bob Fedderson and Ray and Melvin Dammann.
Mrs. Cousins was born Oct. 9, 1903, in Gambril, Iowa to Henry and Magdalena Mohr Witt. She married Robert Cousins Sr., Oct. 4, 1922, in Davenport. He died June 20, 1980.
Survivors include two sons, Dean and Robert Jr., both of DeWitt; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and a brother, Ferd Witt, of DeWitt.
She was preceded in death by five sisters and five brothers.
