"Clinton--Robert Brown
Funeral services for Robert Brown, 78, who died Wednesday morning at his home at 1403 Camance Ave. will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Dalton Funeral Home.
Dr. Harrison G. Dawes of the First Methodist Church will officiate with burial in Springdale cemetery.
Robert Brown was born Sept. 25, 1885, in Clinton, the son of Charles and Frances Seymore Brown. He married Christine M, Ytzen on June 22, 1911. He was a Clinton fireman, having retired after 37 years of services. He served in the U. S. Navy and was a member of the Woodmen of the World Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, one son, Robert. H. Brown, Philidelphia, Pa., one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Catherine) Olson, Syracuse, N.Y. and one sister, Mrs. Glen Jones, Fullerton, Calif.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and one son."
