Formerly of Davenport, Iowa - Louella M. Baugh age 81 of Baytown, TX, formerly of Davenport, IA, passed away Sunday Feb. 5, 2012 in Baytown, TX. Funeral services will be held 10:30 am Friday Feb. 10th at St. Joseph Catholic Church in DeWitt. Visitation will be held Thursday 4 – 7 pm at the church. The Pape Funeral Home, Clinton in association with Christine Nelson, DeWitt is assisting the family. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery. Online condolences can be left at www.papefh.com

Louella was born on Oct. 24, 1930 in Grand Mound, IA, the daughter of Orville and Erma (Smith) Randolph. She married LeRoy Mundy at St. Joseph Catholic Church in DeWitt. They had two children, Gail (Thomas) Beamer of Washington, IL and Donald (Debbie) Mundy of Baytown, TX. LeRoy passed away in 1950. Louella was a kind and loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, birdwatching, puzzles, game shows and loved spending time with her family and watching Green Bay Packers football.

Louella then married Charles Baugh in Davenport, and had three children, Charles Baugh III of Davenport, Robin Russell of Baytown, TX, and Kevin Baugh of Davenport. Additional survivors include 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and (1 great-great grandchild); two brothers, Jeff Randolph and Richard Randolph; and three sisters, Eva, Nadine, and Jane. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters Verna Flathers, Audrey Guzzo, Oralee Wing, Faith Ann Randolph, Mary Maron, Martha McFadden, and her brothers Danny Randolph, Brian Randolph, Orville Randolph, Jim Randolph and Orville Randolph III.
