GEORGE PERES

George Peres died suddenly at Mercy hospital Monday. The body was removed to the Stephen M. Delaney funeral chapel where it now reposes. Father John Vue of Aurora, Ill., will conduct funeral services in the Delaney chapel and in St. Mary’s church Thursday morning at 8 o’clock. The deceased was born in Rumania about fifty-four years ago. He came from Europe to Clinton nearly twenty-five years ago. At the time of his death he was in the employ of Mercy hospital. His wife, two sons and a daughter, living in Rumania, survive him. 19 April 1932, pg 5
