MRS. ONITA MILLER
Mrs. Onita Miller, 71, died at 9:30 a.m. today in the home of her daughter, Mrs. John E. Holm, 221 South Fifth street, following a brief illness. The body reposes in the Snell funeral home, pending definite funeral arrangements. The Rev. George W. Krueger of Zion Lutheran church will officiate. Burial will be in Clinton Memorial park. Onita Bishop, daughter of Daniel and Mary Jane Bishop, was born Feb. 26, 1871, in Rock Island, Ill. She was married to Abraham S. Miller, in December of 1891, in Keokuk. The couple moved to this city about 35 years ago. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. George A. Stevens, of Milford, Conn., Mrs. John E. Holm, of Clinton, one son, William J. Miller, Philadelphia, Penn., six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents and her husband, who died 15 years ago. 29 Jun3, 1942
