Sharol J. Giebeck, 64, of Clinton died Monday, June 13, 2011 at Mercy Living Center North. Funeral services will be 10:30am Friday, June 17, 2011 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 pm Thursday, June 16, 2011 at the Clinton Chapel. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Les Graham, Chris Montanez, Sid Cole, Brad Savochka, Austin Mitchell and Mickey Savochka.

Sharol Julane Savochka was born on March 26, 1947 in Clinton the daughter of William and Pauline (Jess) Savochka. She was a 1965 Clinton High School graduate. She married John D. Giebeck on October 2, 1976 in Clinton; he died on January 16, 1981.

Sharol was employed with GE for over 40 years until retiring.

She is survived by one daughter: Cindy (Les) Graham of Varna, IL; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; one brother: Michael (Martha) Savochka of Clinton; her fiancé Patrick Watson of Clinton; two step-daughters: Wendy Watson of Clinton and Tamala (Chris) Montanez of Highland, CA; 4 step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
