Norma Mae Weaver, 84, of Clinton, died Sunday, April 17, 2011 at the University of Iowa, Hospital, Iowa City. Services will be 10am Thursday, April 21, 2011 at the First Congregational Church, Clinton. Visitation will be from 4PM to 8PM Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery.

Norma Mae Bailey was born March 30, 1927 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Earl and Bessie Bailey. She was a 1945 Clinton High School graduate. She married Kenneth E. Weaver September 17, 1950 at First Congregational Church, Clinton.

Norma was a homemaker and had been employed at Machael Oil Co., Nielsen Clearing House and PFC.

Norma was a very active member of the First Congregational Church and the Mayflower Circle of the Church. She was also a member of Wa-Tan-Ye, Daughters of the Nile and PEO.

Survivors include her sons, Kevin (Debra) Weaver of House Springs, MO and Jeff Weaver of Clinton; daughter, Rebecca Weaver of Clinton and three grandsons, Kenton Weaver, Trenton Weaver and Cameron Weaver.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorials may be made to the First Congregational Church.
