Mrs. Helen E. Conover, 88, formerly of Low Moor, died Thursday in Yearian Nursing Home, Williamsburg.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Snell-Zornig Funeral Home with the Rev. Tony Nester of Low Moor Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Clinton Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
Mrs. Conover was born July 10, 1889, in Low Moor, the daughter of W. L. and Jessie Smith Dannatt. She married Frank E. Conover, April 11, 1911, in Low Moor. He died in 1954. She was a life member of Low Moor Methodist Church, involved in the church circle, and member of Order of Eastern Star and Rebekah Lodge.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Frank (Ruth) Papritz of Williamsburg; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, two sisters and a brother.
