Isaac E. Marr, 66, former resident of Clinton, died Friday night at his home in Charlotte after a long illness.

The body reposes in the Hanrahan funeral home, DeWitt, where friends may call after 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Graveside rites will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the cemetery in Toronto.

The deceased was born May 16, 1893 at Sabula, the son of the late William and Margaret Vile [Viall] Marr. He spent his entire life in this area and was employed for a time as elevator operator in a Clinton hotel. He has lived at Charlotte for the last nine years.

He is survived by several children, also by two brothers, Herbert Marr of Massilon, and William of Polo, Ill.
