Kelsey Sue Stahl, 24, of Clinton, died Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at her home in Clinton.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 26, 2010 from noon to 4:00 pm at Zion Lutheran Church, Clinton. Funeral Services will follow at 4:30 pm at the church. Serving as pallbearers will be Eric Neas, Ben Martin, Mike Martin, Daniel Farina, Austin Everson, Kyle Veenstra and honorary pallbearer Jim Cavanagh. Private family burial will be Monday at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Clinton. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

Kelsey Sue Stahl was born on November 7, 1986 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of David and Lou Ann (Carpenter) Stahl.

Kelsey was a 2005 graduate of Clinton High School.

Kelsey was currently employed as a CNA at Eagle Point Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for the past three years.

Kelsey enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, dancing, listening to music, tubing, camping, and swimming.

Kelsey is survived by her parents: David and Lou Ann Stahl of Clinton; her sister: Lindsey (James) Alstad of Decorah, Iowa, her brother: Kevin Stahl of Farmington, Connecticut; her maternal grandparents: Vinson and Margery Carpenter of Clinton; and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Kelsey was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother: Grace Stahl.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made per the family’s wishes.
