Dorothy A. ANDRESEN, 79, formerly of 1009 Bluff Heights Road, Clinton, died Thursday at the Alverno Health Care Facility, where she had been a resident since October 1992.

The funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Clinton Chapel, Snell-Zornig Funeral Home with the Rev. Fredrick LUBS of St. Paul Lutheran Church officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home, where a Wa-tan-ye Club service will be held at 5 p.m. Burial will be in Clinton Memorial Park Cemetery.

Miss ANDRESEN was born Nov. 6, 1913, in Clinton, to Rudolph and Anna (KETELS) ANDRESEN. She attended the Clinton Schools and was a 1931 graduate of Clinton High School. She had been a bookkeeper at Clinton Paper Company for many years and then had worked in the accounting and credit department at Clinton Corn Processing Company for 16 years, retiring in 1978. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Agatha Auxiliary and Wa-tan-ye Club since 1957, where she served as president in 1960 and then was treasurer for many years.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Leonard (Elizabeth) O'CONNOR of Des Moines.

She was preceded in death by three sisters.
