Henry M. Pollina, 67, 723 S. 17th St., Clinton died today at Jane Lamb Hospital.
The funeral will be at 10 a. m. Monday in St. Mary’s Catholic Church. The Rev Thomas Leahy will officiate. Burial will be Clinton Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Snell-Zornig Funeral Home, where the Rosary will be said at 7 p.m.
He was born May 31, 1910, in Independence, Ind., to Rosario and Josephine Signorella Pollina. He moved to Chicago, where he was a barber, and married Laura Baron, Mar 31, 1934, in Chicago, where he lived until retiring and moving to Clinton five years ago.
Survivors include his widow; a daughter, Mrs. James R. (Josie) McDERMOTT, rural Clinton; five brother, Joseph, Roy, Steve, Tony and Sam, all of the Chicago area, and two sisters, Mrs. George (Josephine) GURULDO, Chicago, and Mrs. Roy (Lena) LANCIRA, Thomasville, Ga.
He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
