Mrs. John MARSHALL died at 8:15 o'clock this morning, at her home on Thirteenth avenue, after a brief illness, she having taken ill only last Tuesday. The deceased was well known throughout the city, and her demise is mourned by many friends. Mrs. MARSHALL is survived by her husband and two children. She was born at Bellevue thirty years ago.

Mrs. Mattie MARSHALL, wife of John MARSHALL and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ewd. McKINLEY, died at her home on Thirteenth avenue yesterday morning at 8 o'clock. The deceased was born at Bellveue 30 years ago. She is survived by a husband and two children. The funeral will be held Monday morning at 10 o'clock from the Baptist church. Interment will follow in Springdale. The U. V. R. U. will have charge of the funeral.

The funeral of the late Mrs. Mattie MARSHALL was held this afternoon, with services at the First Baptist church at 10 o'clock and interment in Springdale cemetery. The Union Veteran's Relief union had charge of the obsequies.
