Clinton, Iowa - Dr. Brian J. Crosser age 52 of Clinton, died Monday Aug. 16, 2010 at
Delaware County, Iowa near Manchester, IA. A celebration service will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, Aug. 22nd at the Pape Funeral Home; his brother-in-law, Rev. David Harrington will officiate. Visitation will be held Sunday 1:00 pm until the service hour at the funeral home. Following the funeral service, cremation rites will be accorded. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to be given to the YWCA of Clinton or Clinton Humane Society.

Brian was born on Sept. 23, 1957 in Sheldon, IA, the son of Elmer and Merle (Leidy) Crosser. He graduated from North Platte, High School, NE in 1976. He attended Graceland University in Lamoni, IA. Brian graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA in 1982. He married Cathy Robinson on June 30, 1994 in Shenandoah, IA. He owned and operated Crosser Chiropractic Center on Main Ave., Clinton for over nine years. He was a member of the Lyons Business Professional Association, the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and Trout Unlimited. Brian enjoyed fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Brian is survived by his wife, Cathy Crosser of Clinton; two step-daughters, Lauren LeRoy of Clinton and Jenna LeRoy of Iowa City; two brothers, Rick Crosser of Grand Lake, CO and Mark Crosser of Rochester, NH; two sisters, Carla (David) Crosser-Harrington of Shenandoah, IA and Nancy Smith of Johannesburg, South Africa; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
