CLINTON — Paul W. Feddersen, age 64, of Clinton, died Thursday April 1, 2010, at the University of Iowa in Iowa City.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 6th, at the Pape Funeral Home, Clinton. Visitation will be held Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery. Casket bearers will be John, Lonney and Richard Feddersen, Mike Powers, Francis Jensen and Jim Eggers. Honorary pallbearers will be Ralph Bormann, Ron Gray and Jerry Ramig.

Paul was born on Oct. 31, 1945, in Dothan, AL, the son of Vailard and Elizabeth (Handshen) Feddersen. He graduated from Clinton High School in 1964. He married Carrol Young on Aug. 16, 1969, in Washington, IA. Paul worked at the Clinton Post Office as a mail carrier for over 34 years, retiring in 2000. He was a ham radio operator and enjoyed model railroading, fishing and gardening.

Paul is survived by his wife, Carrol, of Clinton; a brother, Mark (Sharon) Feddersen of Denver, IA; and several nieces and nephews.
