FORT MYERS, Fla. — Jamie R. Manning, 36, of Richmond, Va., and formerly of Clinton, passed away Saturday, May 2, 2009, in Ft. Myers, Florida.Visitation will be held Saturday May 16, 2009 from 5:00 pm. to 7: 00 pm. Funeral services will be 7:00 p.m. at the Lemke Funeral Homes South Chapel, 2610 Manufacturing Drive.James "Jamie" Russell Manning was born October 13, 1972 in Davenport, Iowa to Russell and Sharon (McClimon) Manning. Jamie worked for Old Dominion Insulation. He loved all sports; he enjoyed fishing and jet skiing. And he especially loved spending time with his family.He is survived by his parents Sharon and Russell Manning of Jetersville, VA; formerly of Clinton, his fiancé, Dallas Stockwell, of Labelle, Florida, 2 daughters, Paige and Riley Manning, also of Labelle; 2 sisters, Melissa (Ray) Taylor, of Jetersville, VA., and Jennie (Kenny) Horn, of Clinton; grandparents, Wilfred and Delores Sikkema of Clinton, grandfather Robert Manning and his wife Mary, of Maquoketa, Iowa; 2 nieces Bayleigh and Raelyn; and 4 nephews, Steven and his wife Beth, Anthony, Jacob, and Ian.Preceding him in death were his grandparents, James and Lola Mc Climon, and his aunt Patricia Manning.Memorials can be made to the family.
