MAQUOKETA — Daniel David Dever, 46, passed away May 13th, 2009, at his home in Maquoketa. Visitation will be Sunday, 4 - 8 p.m., on Sunday, May 17th at Lemke South Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 18th at 11 a.m. at Lemke South Funeral Home with Father Bill Kneemiller officiating. Cremation rights will be accorded. Lemke Funeral Homes - South Chapel assisted the family with funeral arrangements.Daniel was born October 15, 1962, in Clinton to David and Dixie (Kriesler) Dever. He married Carol Bouchard and was later divorced. Daniel served in the National Guard. He worked in construction. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.Survivors include his parents: David and his wife, Donna Dever of Miles; 2 daughters, Sarah and Ashleigh of Clinton; 3 sons; Travis, Nathan of Maquoketa; and Liam of Clinton; 2 grandsons, Ashtin and Keegan of Clinton; special friend, Karlynn Kustes of Clinton; 3 sisters; Wendy (Hank) Evans of Clinton; Karla (David) Schwartz of Clinton; Jill Swanson of Clinton, and several nieces and nephews. Daniel was preceded in death by his grandparents, his mother, Dixie, infant son, Ethan and nephew Justin Swanson.
