CLINTON — Thelma Irene Inman, 85, of Clinton, passed away April 2, 2009, at Mercy Medical Center North, Clinton. A memorial service is planned for 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 6, 2009, at Lemke Funeral Homes South. The Rev. Horst Hehr will be officiating. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Thelma Irene Inman was born November 22, 1923, to Benjamine F. Veach and Hazel (Baugher) in Monmouth, Illinois. Thelma Irene married Henry Inman on August 5, 1985, in Marengo, Illinois. He preceded her in 2001. Thelma was a homemaker. She enjoyed reading, doing puzzle books and she loved to play bingo. Survivors include 2 sons, Benny (Joan) Nylin, Billy (Sharon) Nylin, both of Clinton; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
