Esther Welch 10/15/1999 CLINTON, Iowa -- Services for Esther Holdorf Welch, of San Marcos, Texas, formerly of Clinton, will be 2 p.m. Monday at Pape Funeral Home, Clinton. Visitation is 11 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Clinton. Mrs. Welch died Monday, Oct. 11, 1999, in San Marcos. She was employed as a secretary at Collis Co. and later as a sales clerk at Petersen Harned Von Maur department store. Esther Holdorf was born Jan. 11, 1904, in Clinton County. She married Floyd Welch. He preceded her in death. Survivors include two nieces and three nephews, including Thomas Leahy, Albany, Ill.
