Alice Scanlan 07/14/1999 CLINTON, Iowa -- Services for Alice M. Scanlan, of Wyndcrest Nursing Home, will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Clinton. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery, Clinton. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. today at Clinton Chapel of Snell-Zornig Funeral Home. Mrs. Scanlan died Monday, July 12, 1999, at Mercy Medical Center North Campus, Clinton. She had worked at various retail establishments in Clinton. Alice Conrad was born May 13, 1905, in Oelwein. She married William Scanlan in 1941 in Oelwein. He died in 1974. Survivors include daughters, Kathleen Bell, Clinton, and Coleen Rubel, Camanche; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Helen Salvini, Johnston.
