Marion Young 05/22/1999 CLINTON, Iowa -- Services for Marion C. Young, of Phoenix, formerly of Clinton, will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Schmitz Funeral Home, Clinton. Visitation is 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Clinton. Mrs. Young died Tuesday, May 18, 1999, at John C. Lincoln Hospital, Phoenix. She retired in 1980 after 30 years at Honeywell Electric Co., Phoenix. Before that, she was employed as an assembler at General Electric, Morrison, Ill. Marion Donahey was born May 20, 1919, in Clinton. She married William Young in 1945 in California. He died in 1948. Survivors include a daughter, Pat Knights, Phoenix; a son, Gary, Iowa City; two grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; sisters, Dorothy Miller, Camanche, Dolores Smith, Clinton, and Helen McCright, Tucson, Ariz.; and brothers, Myron "Gene" Donahey, Clinton, and Harold Donahey, Claymont, Del.
