Kenneth Schwarz 05/13/1999 CLINTON, Iowa -- Services for Kenneth L. Schwarz, of 1145 11th Ave. N., will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Clinton. Burial will be in St. Irenaeus Calvary Cemetery, Clinton. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. today at the church, with a vigil at 4 p.m. Mr. Schwarz died Tuesday, May 11, 1999, at Samaritan Hospital North, Clinton. Pape Funeral Home, Clinton, is in charge of arrangements. He retired in 1978 after 32 years at DuPont, Clinton. After that, he drove cars for McEleney Motors, Clinton. He was born June 25, 1916, in Clinton. He married Grace Scalla in 1942 in Clinton. During World War II, he served in the Army. Memorials may be made to Samaritan Hospice. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Juliane Mostaert, Dubuque; sons, John and Jim, both of Minneapolis; six grandchildren; a sister, Florine Schultz, Clinton; and a brother, Donald, Las Vegas.
