ANDOVER — Malinda D. Naeve, age 87, of Andover, died Friday, Nov. 28, 2008, at the Alverno Health Care Facility. Private family services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at the Pape Funeral Home. There will be no public visitation. Burial will be at Andover Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Dan and Jeff Naeve, Paul and Dan Heiar, Kevin Diercks and Allen Schroeder. Memorials may be given to St. John Lutheran Church. Malinda was born on March 4, 1921, in Andover, the daughter of John and Alvina (Eickert) Schroeder. She married Reynold Naeve on Dec. 7, 1940 in Clinton. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church. Malinda enjoyed playing Bingo, watching TV game shows and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Malinda is survived by her husband, Reynold of Andover; her daughter, Linda Bousman of Clinton; three sons, Glenn (Diane) Naeve, Robert (Janeen) Naeve and Raymond (Ronda) Naeve all of Andover; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a beloved granddaughter, RaeAnn Naeve in 2002, and two brothers.Death date: Nov. 28, 2008
