CLINTON — Anna M. McCluskey, 52, of Clinton passed away at the Alverno Health Care Facility on Saturday, November 8, 2008. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 11, 2008, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Lemke Funeral Homes – North Chapel, 2304 N. 2nd St. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. Pallbearers will be Kurt Feddersen, Terry Vogel, David Kennedy, Terry Norem, Durward “Dude” Norem and Ronald “Buddy” May, Jr. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery. Anna Marie McCluskey was born in Clinton on December 9, 1955, to George and Rosemary (Fisher) McCluskey. She was a 1974 graduate of Clinton High School. Anna loved playing bingo, going to the gambling boat, rose gardens and animals. Anna is survived by her mother, Rosemary Spivey of Bainbridge, GA; her stepmother, Marilyn McCluskey; sisters, Lois (Kurt) Feddersen of Low Moor, IA; Teresa (Bill) Smith of Hampstead, MD; Sheila (Marc) Salzman of CA; Dawn (Terry) Vogel of Morrison, IL; Tamela Schipper of OH and Pamela Schipper of OH; brothers, George McCluskey II of Clinton, IA; Mark McCluskey of Clinton, IA; Ben McCluskey; Joseph (Donna) Schipper of AZ and Michael Schipper of AZ; and many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death are her father, George McCluskey; brother, Edward McCluskey; and stepsister, Ruby Ann Schipper. Memorials can be made to the family.
