MAQUOKETA — James C. “Jay” Yeager, 45, of Maquoketa, died Monday at his home in rural Maquoketa. A private celebration of his life will be held Friday at Carson and Son Funeral and Cremation Services in Maquoketa with the Rev. Gerald Gjerde officiating. A public visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be in Buckhorn Cemetery, rural Maquoketa.Death date: Oct. 27, 2008
