DEATH OF MRS. WM. HENEKE

Anna Snecklotch was born March 29, 1855 at Trobsti, Germany. She came to this country with her parents May 13, 1881, and lived with them until February 15, 1883, when she married William Heneke. To this union six children were born. Mrs. Heneke suffered a stroke October 9th, 1916, but recovered some and was able to be around. On September 24, this year she had another stroke, from which she has been confined to her bed, until her release came, December 26th, 1919. Besides her sorrowing husband she leaves to mourn their loss, three sons, John at Charlotte, Iowa; Paul, on the old home place; and Adolph, at home; also two daughters, Tena and Amelia, at home. One son, Louis, preceded her in death 15 years ago. She also leaves 3 sisters, Mrs. Peter Heneke, Mrs. Henry Lamp and Mrs. August Wiese, and three grandchildren, Erwin, Myron and Velma Heneke.

Six nephews were pallbearers, Paul, Ed., Henry and Herman Heneke, Will and John Wiese. Four nieces were flower bearers, Sabina and Marie Heneke, Carrie and Teresa Lamp.

Funeral services were held from the Methodist Church Monday at 2 o’clock, Rev. Boomershine officiating, burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
