BELLEVUE — Ralph F. Felderman, 89, of Bellevue, and formerly of Dubuque and Maquoketa, died on Wednesday at the Mill Valley Care Center in Bellevue. A celebration of his life will be held at 12 p.m., Monday at the Carson and Son Funeral And Cremation Services in Maquoketa. Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. to the time of the service. Burial will be in the Andrew Cemetery. Death date: October 22, 2008
