BURLINGTON — Theresa Smith Johnston, 84, originally of Fulton, IL, of West Burlington, died Tuesday at the Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., with the family receiving friends from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday at the Hass-Thielen Funeral Home, Burlington.The Funeral Service for Mrs. Johnston will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, in the Chapel of the Hass-Thielen Funeral Home with Chaplain Randy Gearheart officiating. Interment will be in Burlington Memorial Park Cemetery.Death date: October 7, 2008
