MOUNT CARROLL, Ill. — Sylvia L. Toepfer, 82, of Mount Carroll, died Friday at Morrison (Ill.) Community Hospital.Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today at the Mount Carroll Church of God with the Rev. Robert Phelps of Pleasant Valley Church of God, rural Mount Carroll, officiating. Visitation was Sunday at the church. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Mount Carroll. Death date: Sept. 12, 2008
