The Clinton Herald Monday January 8, 1894 p. 3 The many friends of Miss Maggie Sullivan will learn with regret of her death, which occurred at the home of her father, John Sullivan, No. 308 Thirteenth avenue, Sunday morning at 3 o'clock. Although Maggie had been confined to the house for the past six weeks she was not considered dangerously ill until the first of last week. since then she gradually failed, until death conquered, and her spirit took flight to her heavenly home. She was a whole souled girl, always having a pleasant word for everyone who formed her acquaintance and all will greatly feel her loss. She was born in this city Sept. 2, 1858 and leaves to mourn her loss a father and three sisters - Nellie, Sadie and Mrs. Otto Young. The funeral will take place to-morrow, Tuesday, afternoon at 2 o'clock from St. Mary's church.
