The Clinton Herald Tuesday December 31, 1935 p. 5 Charles V. Calnan, of Chicago, formerly of this city, died at 10:40 o'clock Monday night in Chicago. No funeral plans have been made other than that the body will be brought to this city for burial. Of his immediate family he is survived by two brothers, J.P. Calnan and W.H. Calnan, of Clinton, and one sister, Mrs. E.E. Forbes of Washington, D.C.
