The Clinton Herald October 28, 1935 p. 5 Funeral services for Mrs. Isabelle Fenlon Seaman, who died Friday night, were held at 2 o'clock this afternoon in the Bragonier chapel. The Rev. H.E. Harned, pastor of the First Congregational church, officiated. Burial was in Springdale cemetery, the pallbearers being Earl Schmitz, W.H. Bock, C.W. Kucke, Edward Stephans, O.E. Hill and F. Marcellus. Isabelle Fenlon was born April 25, 1852, in Kenosha, Wis., a daughter of the late John Gooden and Rachel Fenlon. When 18 years of age she came to this city from Chicago with her parents. Here she received her education and was married to Sherman C. Seaman, Nov. 6, 1893. He preceded her in death in 1921. She is the last of a family of 12 brothers and sisters, all of whom have preceded her in death, including Charles C. Fenlon, William W. Fenlon, Edward G. Fenlon, and a twin sister, Mrs. Isadora Allar, former local residents. Several nieces and nephews survive her.
