The Clinton Herald Tuesday May 6, 1003 p. 9A Jeannette F. Mallicoat, 85, of Morrison and formerly of Camanche, died Monday at CGH Medical Center, Sterline, Ill. Services will be at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig-Dennis A. Lemke Funeral Home and Crematory at 11 a.m. Thursday. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens, Moline, Ill. Pallbearers will be grandsons and great-grandsons. She was born Nov. 27, 1917, in Olin to Albert and Flroence Gough Barker. She married James A. Mallicoat on Oct. 30, 1935, in Dixon, Ill. He died in 2003. She was a 1935 graduate of Olin High School. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Daughters of the Nile. Survivors include one son, Ronald (Mary Lou) Mollicoat of Clinton; one daughter, Mrs. JoAnne (Mark) DeLaRosa of Moline; 11 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, a daughter-in-law, granddaughter, a brother and two sisters. Memorials may be made to the Clinton Humane Society. Death Date: May 5, 2003.
