The Clinton Herald Wednesday February 23, 1921 p. 8 Mrs. Catherine Greve, aged 60, widow of the late John F. Greve, died Wednesday morning at 3 o'clock at Mercy hospital, where she had been the past seven weeks. Her husband preceded her in death July 27, 1917. They formerly resided west of Lyons and were prominently known throughout the country. Of her immediate relatives she is survived by one brother, John Gehlsen of Andover. The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the M.H. Bormann undertaking parlors. Rev. Hugo Grimm officating. Burial in Dierks cemetery.
