The Clinton Herald Friday February 24, 1961 p. 11 Mrs. Eva Marie Droste, 79, of 306 25th Ave. N., died early this morning in Mercy Hospital. The body is in the Pape funeral home where friends may call after 7 p.m. Saturday. St. Boniface Altar and Rosary Society will recite the rosary at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home. The parish rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Requiem High Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Boniface Church. Rev. Thomas L. Wolfe will be celebrant. Burial will be in St. Boniface cemetery. Eva Marie Manemann was born July 16, 1881 in Clinton County, the daughter of Henry H. and Barbara Brinkman Manemann. She was married Jan. 14, 1903 in Clinton to Clem Droste. She was a member of St. Boniface Church and the Altar and Rosary Society of the church. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Vincent (Angeline) Holdgrafer, Miss Bernice Droste and Mrs. Al (Marie) Wagemester, all of Clinton; five sons, Henry, Werner, Joe and Arnold, all of Clinton, and Leo of Goose Lake; 3 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one brother, Henry Manemann of Clinton; three sisters, Mrs. Leo Rosenberger, Mrs. Clara Manning and Mrs. Lena Walton, all of Clinton and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, three daughters and one sister.
