Mrs. William (Else) Hardersen, 76, of 740 14th Ave. S., died Monday at Jane Lamb Health Center.
The funeral will be 1:30 p.m., Thursday in Chancy Lutheran Church with the Rev. Francis G. Griffeth officiating. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Clinton Chapel, Snell-Zornig Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Eric Ketelsen, Terry J. Mathiesen, Tom Haven, Darwin and Edwin Hardersen, and Pat O'Connell.
Mrs. Hardersen was born Aug. 13, 1908, in Essen, Germany, to August and Amelia Jakubsen Gore. She married William Hardersen, Sept. 20, 1939, in Clinton. Mrs. Hardersen was a homemaker and a member of Chancy Lutheran Church, Odeon Club Auxiliary and the Eagles Auxiliary.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Gilbert C. (Nancy) Ketelsen of Clinton and Mrs. Louis S. (Janice) Hurst of Ashland, Ohio; four grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; a sister, Mrs. Emilie Tinnat of Clinton; and a brother, Ernest of Davenport.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
