Miss Christina Hardersen, born October 22, 1899, died February 13 at Jane Lamb hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon with a prayer service at the home in Camanche at 2 o'clock and services at the Zion Lutheran church at 2:45 o'clock, the Rev. George W. Krueger officiating. Interment will be in Springdale cemetery.
She is survived by her mother, eight brothers and two sisters, her father preceding her in death some 24 years ago. The brothers and sisters are Carsten, William, Edward, Alvin and Christian of Camanche, Thomas of Folletts, John and Martin and Margaret of Clinton and Ceilia of Chicago.
She lived her entire life in Clinton and Camanche and was a member of the Wartburg Luther league and of the American Legion auxiliary.Clinton Herald Saturday, February 16, 1929 page 5
Funeral services for Miss Christina Harderson[sic] were held this afternoon at 2 o'clock at the family home, Camanche, and at 2:45 o'clock at the Zion Lutheran church, Clinton. Young people of the Wartburg league sang the hymns. Interment was in Springdale cemetery, the pallbearers six cousins, Carsten, Andrew, Detlef, Art and Harry Carstensen and John Harderson.
From out of the city there came Mr. and Mrs. Bill Thiede, Peter Harderson, Mr. and Mrs. Justus Hansen, Mr. and Mrs. Andy Von Eitzen, all of Chicago; John Anderson, Henton, Iowa; Mrs. Ferdinand Bubbers, Caledonia, Minn.; Mrs. Fred Nicholsen, Friborg, Minn.
