John Hardersen, 88, 2625 N. 3rd St., died Saturday in his home.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Boniface Church with Rev. Harold O'Connor officiating. Burial will be in St. Boniface cemetery. Visitation begins at 4 p.m. today at Pape Funeral Home, where the parish Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.
Born March 24, 1885 in Clinton County, he was the son of Thomas and Sielke Jans Hardersen. He married Catherine Zaehringer on July 26, 1931 in Clinton. She died in 1959.
He was a retired furniture builder.
Survivors include four half-brothers, Chris and Alvin, both of DeWitt, and Ed and William, both of Clinton. He was preceded in death by his wife, two sisters, two brothers and one half-brother.
