The Clinton Herald Saturday January 29, 1972 p. 10 Miss Ruth Price, 73, of Charlotte, died there Friday. The funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Snell-Smith Funeral Home with the Rev. George Sheils, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Pallbearers, all nephews, will be Dwight R. Price, William E. Price, David Schawl, Harry Schawl, Lyle Schawl and Charles Schawl. Miss Price was born April 20, 1898, in Clinton, the daughter of Henry C. and Margaret Belles Price. She lived in Clinton County her entire life. Survivors include three brothers, Harry, Tom and Lyle Price, all of Clinton; two sisters, Mrs. Mayme Schawl of Clinton and Mrs. Florence Kramer of San Francisco, Calif., and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four brothers.
