Miss Emma F. Gade, 79, of Low Moor, died Sunday in the DeWitt Community Hospital. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the McGinnis funeral home, DeWitt. The Rev. Roger Hoppenworth of the Elvira Zion Lutheran Church will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery, Grand Mound. Visitation will be after 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will include Herman and Ernest Goers, Frank and John Jessen, Ted Hall, and Louis Goldensoph. Miss Gade was born Oct.4, 1892 in Grand Mound, the daughter of Malta and Mary Schramm Gade. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and lived in Low Moor the past 53 years. Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Meta Goers of DeWitt, and two brothers, Ben of Aiken, S.C. and Edward of Clinton. She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
