The Clinton Herald Tuesday January 27, 1953 p. 9 Mrs. Frank Berding, 51, 2357 N. 6th St., died at 3:45 a.m. today in Mercy hospital. Friends may call at the Pape funeral home beginning Wednesday afternoon. Services will be at 9 a.m. Friday in the St. Boniface church, with Rev. L.A. Rohret celebrant of the requiem mass. Burial will be in St. Irenaeus Calvary cemetery. Mrs. Berding was born May 24, 1901, as Mary Krogman, daughter of Frank and Sophie Determann Krogman. She was married Oct. 13, 1920, to Frank Berding in St. Boniface church of which she was a member. Surviving are her husband, her mother, three sisters, Mrs. Elmer (Clara) Tigh, Mrs. William (Rosalie) McEleney, both of Clinton; Mrs. Lawrence (Agnes) Paskert, Remsen, Iowa; five brothers, Joseph, Benjamin, Frank, Martin and Herman Krogman, all of Clinton, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and one sister.

The Clinton Herald Wednesday Wednesday January 10, 1953 p. 10 Funeral services for Mrs. Frank Berding, 51, 2357 N. 6th St., who died early Tuesday morning, will be held at 10 a.m. instead of 9 a.m. Firday in St. Boniface Catholic church. Burial will be in St. Irenaeus Calvary cemetery. The rosary will be recited by Rev. --- Rohret at 9 p.m. Thursday in the Pape funeral home, where firends may call.
