CLINTON — Marie A. Spreen, 66, of Clinton passed away, Tuesday, at Mercy Medical Center-North Campus. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 17th, at 1:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 2020 N. 3rd St, Clinton. Rev. Ron Lott will be officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 16th, from 3-7 p.m. at the church. Burial will be at Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Marie was born on June 17, 1941, in Morrison, IA, to Alfred and Marian (Colley) Reed. She married Raymond Spreen on July 27, 1960, in Clinton. She was employed with the Alverno Health Care Facility as a house keeper. Survivors include her husband; her two sons, Ricky and Carl, both at home; her mother, Marian Johnson of Fairfax, MN; two sisters, Sharon (Jim) Kamp of Raymond, IA, and Evelyn (Karl) Miller of Three Lakes, WI; two brothers, Roger Reed of Fairfax, MN, and John Reed of Cold Fish, SD.
