PATRICIA R. PORTER, 59, of 500 South Madison, Morrison, IL, died Saturday, October 20, 2007 at her home.

Pat was born July 30, 1948 in Oelwein, IA, to Marion A. and Alice M. (Cummings) White. She attended Davenport, IA grade schools and graduated from Davenport West High School in 1966. She attended Stewart Cosmetology School in Davenport and then graduated from Sauk Valley Community College in Dixon, IL. She was a beautician at Hair Headquarters in Morrison and most recently was employed at Wahl Clipper in Sterling, IL.

Survivors include two sons, Michael (Jolivia) Porter of Tigard, OR and Stephen Porter of Morrison, IL; her mother, Alice M. White of Morrison, IL; two sisters, Chris (Mrs. Neil) Reynolds of Emerson, IL and Connie White of Galesburg, IL; one brother, Bill (Sally) White of Florida; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Marion A. White and her grandparents.

Funeral Information

FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 25, 2007, at the Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home

OFFICIATING: Rev. Dick Adams – Pastor of First Baptist Church – Morrison, IL

VISITATION: 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, October 24, 2007 at the Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home

INTERMENT: Grove Hill Cemetery – Morrison, IL
