The Clinton Herald Friday July 20, 1990 p. 12 Lorain O. "Zeke" Zastrow, 69, of Redway, formerly of Clinton, died Monday in Garberville, Calif. A Masonic Memorial service was Thursday in Redway. A private entombment will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Clinton Memorial Park Mausoleum. Mr. Zastrow was employed as an owner operator of the Western Auto Store in Garberville until his retirement in 1988. Before moving to Southern Humboldt he had been vice president of Lucky Stores Inc., with its head office in Dublin and previously in the Midwest. He was a member of the Rotary Club, American Legion Post No. 494, Redwood Empire Masonic Lodge No. 683, and the Better Breathers Club, all of Garberville. Survivors include his wife, Margaret J. of Redway; a daughter, Mrs. George (Cynthia) Litty of Redway; three stepchildren, Susan and Jesse Eslick, both of Rock Island, and Richard Osborne of Tempe, Ariz.; a grandson; and a sister, Mrs. Ralph (Lola) Joens of Clinton.
