The Clinton Herald August 16, 1910 p. 8 After an illness of over three weeks, Mrs. John McGovern, aged 46 years, died at her home on Fourteenth avenue last night. Funeral services will be held from St. Mary's church Thursday morning. Besides her husband the deceased is survived by seven children, all of whom reside in Clinton. Mrs. McGovern has always been a resident of Clinton. She was married to Mr. McGovern in 1887.
