The Clinton Herald Saturday March 5, 1932 p. 5 Mrs. John Zornig of Rhaine N.D., died this morning in the home of her mother, Mrs. Fredericka Jurgensen, 506 Seventeenth avenue South, after an illness of two days. Funeral arrangements await the arrival of relatives from a distance. Mrs. Zorning was born in Germany, August 24, 1881; and came to Clinton at the age of four years. She was married to John Zorning thirty-four years ago and they made their home in Clinton until twenty-six years ago when they moved to North Dakota. She came here two weeks ago to visit her invalid mother. She leaves her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Viola States of Hammond, Ind., two sons, Earl, of Homewood, Ill., and Frank at home in North Dakota, five grandchildren, her mother, two sisters, Mrs. Martin Harderson and Mrs. C.W. Weinbeck, and three brothers, John Magnus and Anton Jurgensen, all of Clinton.
